Founders
Vincenzo and Rosalba are food makers in the Swan Valley, located in Western Australia. Their farm produces a variety of produce from olives to fruits and vegetables. They have a long, Italian tradition of making food as part of family life.
They founded Il Paiolo Catering–a renowned wood-fire catering company serving thousands of people and parties around Western Australia.
